Our Team

Aaron Young, with over 13 years industry experience in New Zealand and Australia is a hands-on Managing Director ensures all aspects of the business meet the required standards and enhancing the positive outcomes that Storepro promises and offers. Having started at Capital Racking / Dexion NZ in 1997 and starting Storepro in 2004, Aaron still loves nothing more than being with customers at the coalface and all his experience within the industry means the customer is getting simply the very best advice.

Robbie Turner, as General Manager has vast experience most recently in the freight and logistics industry whilst working for a multinational.  Robbie has also had his own business in importing, assembling and selling transport equipment so has a great understanding from the supply chain process beginning at the factory and finishing with the installation ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.  Robbie runs the daily operations and general business of the Storepro group enabling Aaron to spend more time with our most important customers.

Ron Payne has been in the racking industry for over 30 years and provides Storepro and our customers with vast knowledge and experience. Following a recent move from Dexion New Zealand/Australia who once were Capital Racking (where Ron worked with Aaron), Ron shares a wide range of skills in managing all projects big and small, there’s not much Ron doesn’t know!! Ron joins Storepro with a hands on role as Projects Manager running all projects, racking inspections and maintenance as well as arranging the installation crews.

Kreszentia Kriechbaumer joined Storepro following a move from Adidas NZ.  Krez has a wide range of skills including key account management, accounting, customer services, and knowledge of a wide range of business functions.  Krez brings to the company a bubbly personality with great enthusiasm and attention to detail. Krez coordinates all sales/account enquiries and stock control for the day-to-day running of the business, which includes our warehouse picking and packing components.  Krez understands that Storepro prides themselves on good quality customer service, as this is how Storepro has grown to where it is today.

Marc Padman rejoined the Storepro team in 2008 after a year in the fastenings industry.  With his past knowledge and experience in this industry and within Storepro, Marc returns refreshed and ready to take on a more challenging and hands on role as Territory Manager.  His enthusiasm coupled with his understanding of storage systems and customer's needs, means you can be sure he will provide a solution that will best suit your requirements.

Penny Wordsworth as a mother of two came back to Storepro with a revitalized outlook and looking for more new challenges. With over 8 years industry experience she works hard to meet customers requirements and endeavors to achieve this through her friendly and hardworking nature. Whilst being so personable, Penny offers honest professional advice and expertise by working with you.

John McGrail has been in the racking industry for over 20 years on and off now. Having been involved at Boral Acrow then Capital Racking prior to establishing his own operation as Auckland Racking, which he then onsold.  John created a new market for secondhand products at the time, however he decided to sell and move on to various other challenges.  John has now returned to the racking and shelving industry with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Storepro Territory Manager.  So no doubt you will see him around when he calls on you!

Willie Dunshea who was previously the Assistant Manager for Protector Safety for 9 years but searched for a change of direction and a more hands on role. Started with us as part of our installation team and has worked his way up to being Team Leader, Willie will ensure to provide the best storage result that will suit your requirements and expectations.

Jason Young has been installing Pallet Racking for over 10 years. He previously worked in an office relocation business before he moved to Pallet Racking Installations. Jason said he has found something he REALLY enjoys and has only recently joined us after his previous owner has gone into semi retirement. Jason was with them for 14 years. Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and is helping train some of our new Installation staff. In Jason’s spare time he likes spending time with his wife and family and rebuilding a project car.

The warehouse and installation team are based in-house thus offering Storepro greater control and flexibility of products and installations.  Our team is experienced in installing storage products and systems,  no job is too big or too small. Our team consists of Keith who has worked for some of New Zealand’s Largest construction companies. Keith is also a Qualified Quantity  Surveyor and he has worked and run Jobs both in New Zealand and Australia. He has decided to take a step back out of the stressful jobs he has had and do a job he enjoys for satisfaction.

All Storepro installation team members have the practical experience and come fully qualified with forklift licences and SITESAFE. 

Our Warehouse Coordinator Shaun has come from a background of forestry.  Having previously worked for the Timber Mills throughout the Central North Island of New Zealand and prior to that he was building residential homes in both Auckland & Waikato Areas for many years.  Shaun holds a vast amount of knowledge and skills which he brings to Storepro

Our Territory Manager for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region is Neal Johnston.  Neal has over 25 years experience within the construction industry and has run crews of up to 20 guys at a time; so this gives him great organization skills.  Most of the time Neal is either visiting existing clients in his local area of the Waikato - being born and bred in Te Awamutu. 

We also have an installation crew based in Christchurch led by Steve Highton who has worked in racking installation for over 15 years.
