The push back racking system allows pallets to be stored between 2 and 6 deep on carriers fitted with slightly inclined rails. The loaded pallets are placed
into the rack aisle by “pushing back” with a forklift truck.
When the front pallet is retrieved, gravity causes the next pallet to move forward into a ready position, allowing product to be picked from the rack face
in sequence.
The push back racking system provides Last In First Out (LIFO) inventory management. It is suited to storing large volumes of bulk product, when
stock rotation is not an issue.
