About the Role:
This is a brand new position and is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to shape their role and who loves a challenge. You will be taking all the admin away from our overworked sales team so you'll need to be a whizz at juggling documents, spreadsheets, presentations and a CRM. You'll need plenty of energy to cope with demanding deadlines, implementing and improving processes and driving the Team to get the information you need. Someone with a collaborative and accommodating style who can wield a big stick when necessary will be ideal! Of course you must really care about our customers and picking up the phone to deal with issues should be your preferred option. If you need a role with routine and a guaranteed finish time this is not for you. However; if you have solid administrative experience with a good understanding of the sales process and are a stickler for accuracy then get in touch. You will work in a modern, open-plan environment where the focus is on providing excellent service but on having fun too so you'll need to bring your sense of humour to work every day!
You will be:
• Liaising with our in-house designers and preparing quotes
• Producing high-quality, professional proposals
• Providing admin/PA support to our Sales staff throughout NZ
• Driving and supporting our Sales Team to provide excellent service and achieve targets
• Confident and proactive with plenty of initiative
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years' experience of providing support in a sales environment and experience of working with internal and external stakeholders. Providing outstanding customer service is natural to you and you are efficient, organised and accurate. You must be a real team player and have excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy working as part of a high-performing team with a supportive manager to guide you.
