• Storepro offers you over 200 years of combined experience in commercial racking and warehouse shelving systems. No one knows the local industry and regulations better. With widespread involvement throughout the Australasian market, Storepro's experience began with Acrow and then Capital Racking and dates back to before the boom in large-scale high stud warehouse and bulk retail developments.

  Aaron Young as the Company Director has over 17 years experience in the warehousing industry, from managing personnel through to designing and configuring storage and shelving/pallet racking systems within senior management in leading New Zealand shelving manufacturing companies. Having operated at the top level, he will ensure that the actual products supplied are of the best quality and meet all applicable standards and regulations.

  Aaron visits the manufacturing facilities of Storepro annually with a view to ensuring continued service and quality, whilst always looking for new innovation ideas. Storepro Solutions Ltd was established in 2004, when Aaron saw an opportunity to provide the market with a broader and more complete range of product, whilst introducing a personalised, professional and complete service with an increased level of customer satisfaction.   STOREPRO's racking system has been carefully engineered and tested to suit the most demanding logistics applications. It is manufactured to the most stringent standards to maximise safety and ensure efficient integration of storage, materials handling and operating systems.

  MATERIAL AND SAFETY FACTORS

  All Storepro frames and beams are manufactured from high performance cold
  steel rolled which has a built-in minimum safety factor on yield of 1.65:1.

  DESIGN STANDARDS

  All Storepro's Pallet Racking has been designed using the Australian Standard AS 4084-1993 and AS 4084 Supp 1 2012. Storepro's racking was independently tested in Australia and New Zealand in 2013. This original standard is predominantly based on the American Rack Manufacture Institute Specification (RMI) when used at its lower tier, although it also takes information from the British Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA) and the European Racking Code FEM 10.2.02 for the higher tiers of the Standard. It should be used in conjunction with AS/NZS4600-2005 consistent with best practice.

  Storepro's racking meets all NZ Standards: NZS 4203; AS 1170.5; AS/NZS 4600
  and the Latest INDEPENDENT certification from Australia - AS4084 / 2012

  The Storepro Beam Connector is the result of extensive testing on specially developed rigs. It is designed to increase resistance to sideways sway moments and effectively take vertical loads and movements on specially designed high performance hooks. The high performance hooks provide ultimate strength, rigidity and stability within the rack structure. Storepro Beam Connectors are factory fitted with a self locking safety device to prevent dislodgement of the beams from the upright column when subjected to upward forces. The new 'beam on connector' position increases system rigidity and resistance to impact loads.

  of the racking system.
